Pueblo, CO -- Western New Mexico women's basketball team fell 70-60 to CSU-Pueblo Thursday night for their third straight loss. Western falls to 3-11 (3-6 RMAC). Pueblo remains near the top of the conference standings at 10-6, 8-2 (RMAC).

The Mustangs played poorly in the first half, trailing 37-17 at the half, but played better in the second half to close to the final margin.

Whitney Card led the Mustangs with 16 points while Tannesia Manley checked in with a solid 15

Western returns to the friendly confines of Drag's Court next Thursday as Fort Lewis comes to town for an RMAC West Division battle.
